Small Group Training

All the benefits of personal training at a group class price. Each client has a customized training plan designed to meet YOUR goals using proven training methods. Programs are always changing and progressing to help you attain and maintain the strong and functional body you have been searching for – all while educating you on how to practice safe form and technique! Each exercise has multiple levels of progression depending on your ability - so don't worry about your current fitness level! We finish every class with a short yoga inspired cool down stretch that will kick start your recovery, help improve your mobility and leave you feeling incredible. 

Training is focused on introducing and continually improving all aspects of physical fitness with the primary goal of keeping you healthy and enjoying everything life has to offer.

How It Works 

  1. Give us a call OR Come and see us! We're more than happy to sit down with you and discuss your fitness goals and help you choose the package that best suits you!

  2. It starts with the Introduction Package: The intro package includes your individual physical assessment, Personalized training plan and two 1-on-1 training sessions to go through each aspect of your program.

    **The intro package must be completed prior to joining small group class.

The Assessment

The Assessment is a Tool we use to efficiently determine each clients specific needs. Joey takes you through a series of tests that identify your joint mobility and stability, followed by a series of movement patterns that will show muscle imbalances and soft tissue restrictions.  This data is then used along with your fitness goals to build you an individualized program that is custom made to fit your needs.


2 Private Training Sessions

1 on 1 private training sessions to help you understand and prepare for the new movements and exercises. These aren't your average workouts, these 2 private sessions are more educational in nature, and tailored specifically to you,. Here are a few things we consider for your training days:

  • Any physical limitations

  • muscle activation

  • hip hinging & movement mechanics

  • breathing mechanics

  • range of motion

  • muscle imbalances and more

Personalized Training Plan

Using the information from your consult and results from your physical assessment we build a personalized plan to help you efficiently reach Your Goals. Each training plan is designed with three 3-4 week phases with a new set of exercises each phase, followed by a de-load and recovery phase before starting your next training cycle.

Starting your Fitness Transformation

The basic idea behind training is to break the body down and allow it to recover stronger than it was before. The recovery part is just as important if not more important than training itself, inadequate recovery can lead to over training and injury. The saying around our gym is “train safe so we can keep on training”, with that in mind I’m going to mention a few things to pay attention to as your begin your training journey.

When you first start your fitness journey you can experience stiff and sore muscles, don't worry this will only last a short period of time while your body is adjusting to the new workload being applied to it. Do not be discouraged it is a natural cycle called DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and happens to everyone. DOMS usually lasts 24-72 hours post workout. The key is active recovery, keep moving and keep your workouts consistent, even on rest days go for a short walk, or light bike ride.

The real key to success in the gym is Consistency/Patience: keep showing up, even when you don’t want to or feel like you can’t, just getting through the door is sometimes the hardest part. The road to fitness is a journey not a destination (i know cliche right) but it's true, you can’t expect the results you’re looking for to happen overnight. Missing a day isn’t the end of the world, it’s a bump in your road.

A Fun and Supportive Environment  

At SAINT Performance we strive to ensure a positive and supportive environment for all of our clients,  no matter your physical fitness level, appearance, or size you should always feel welcome and comfortable the moment you step into the gym. 

We also like to have a lot of fun, if your looking to get yelled at this isn't the place for you.

It's easy to come to the gym when you know you have friends there! 

Preparing for your Class

THERE ARE ONLY A FEW THINGS YOU'LL NEED TO REMEMBER FOR CLASS.

1) Workout Clothing - Wear your favourite, Clean, workout clothes. (Don't be the stinky guy/gal).

2) Shoes - Shoes are optional. You are welcome to wear your clean indoor training shoes. However we do encourage you to train barefoot. Barefoot training is great for building foot & ankle strength, and stability. 

3) Water Bottle - We provide a water cooler for you to fill your re-usable containers. We do not provide cups. Bottled water is for available for purchase for $1.00
